HISTORY

Established in 1990 by Guido Urciuoli, Contrada started as a family owned and operated painting business. Contrada was restructured in 2012 with the addition of Michael Vena. We have grown to specialize in painting, tile and stone installation, wall covering installation, specialty coating, and power washing. We have 30+ years of experience working on large scale projects in Vancouver, BC and Calgary, AB.

University District 2+3: We are currently on site at this 730 unit condominium complex with 19 townhomes.

Fraser + 19: We are currently on site at this 99 unit condominium complex with 5 townhomes.

Tsawwassen Shores: 150 unit condominium complex. We are provided both painting and tile services.

The Arc: 560 unit condominium complex.

W1: 530 condominium complex.

Rogers Arena West Tower: 26-storey mixed-used tower.  With a total building area is 285,000 square feet.

Uptown: 11-storey condominium tower with 102 units.

Hollyburn Mews: 9 townhouse complex.

The Spectrum 4: 4 tower condominium complex with 1000 units. It was built concurrently and completed ahead of schedule.

The Kings Landing: 4 building condominium complex with 159 units.

Aqua: 27-storey condominium tower with 146 units.

Costco: Wholesale warehouse in downtown Vancouver.

Olympic Village, Parcel Three: 4 building condominium complex with 166 units.

Olympic Village, Parcel 6: 4 building condominium complex with 93 units.
